What kind of vehicle do you have?
We use small vehicles such as a Toyota. Please let us know at the time of booking of any mobility issues.
Are your vehicles disability approved?
We don't have assistive lifts or ramps for differently-abled individuals; therefore, one needs to be able to stand as well as get in and out of the vehicle. We do however accommodate those that use a walker or wheelchair, as this can easily be folded and placed into the car.
If you have a disability parking permit, please bring it with you. In this way we can get you as close to your destination as possible.
Do you have the appropriate licenses and insurance?
Yes, your driver has full class licensing and insurance. So ride easier knowing you are in safe hands.
What are your rates?
Rates are charged hourly at $30/hour ($25/hour for seniors). Driving services are charged by our hourly rates (plus a small fuel surcharge) for local rides, or flat fee for further distances.
Do you have a minimum rate that you charge?
Our minimum requirement for any household cleaning services is 1 hour and 1 hour for errand and driving services. Time overage are divided by the 1/2 hour. For example if you book a 1 hour cleaning or errand service at $30.00 and it goes over by 10 or 15 minutes, a charge will be added for an extra 1/2 hour at $15.00. Quick small jobs can be added such as dishes or sweeping for example to maximize the full 1/2 hour. We are very flexible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheques or bank e-transfer (may be subject to additional fees from your bank), payable in full at the end of each visit.
Should I be leaving a tip?
While it's nice, tipping is completely your choice. Some choose to tip a little bit every time, some tip bigger amounts at Christmas or a few times a year, while others don't tip at all. It is whatever you feel comfortable with!
Is it okay if I’m not home? Is it okay if I am?
Yes. We are fine if you stay or if you go, just so long as you’ve made arrangements for access to your home which could equally include leaving instructions upon our leaving such as: (hide key, keep key, set alarm, etc.). You are completely welcomed to stay in the home during our visit —working around you while at the same time as to not get in your way is our aim!
How do I add more time onto my normal visit?
If you need extra time during a visit for added services, it’s best to inform us right away as we are more than happy to help
What if I need to change my scheduled visit?
If you need to change your visit day for whatever reason, please give the office a call at 226-777-0654, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
What if I need to cancel a visit?
To avoid any cancellation or missed appointment fees (50% of the visit cost) please contact us at 226-777-0654 with at least 24 hours’ notice.
What if my visit falls on a statutory holiday?
As we are closed on all stat holidays, our policy is to reschedule you to the next available time within the schedule.
What hours are you open?
We are open Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. We are closed for all weekends and stat holidays (exceptions are made however for weekends for move in/out cleans, if pre-arranged and post construction cleaning).
Holidays are an important time to be with family, our entire office closes for Christmas and New Years day.
Are you Insured and licensed?
Yes. We can assure you of peace of mind. We are fully licensed and insured. Driver is appropriately licensed as well. Criminal reference background checks are current and clear. All documentation is available, just ask.
Is there anything you don't you do?
We offer a wide variety of household cleaning, errand and driving services, with a very limited list of “no we don’t that” items. However, there are a few things we feel are better left for the pros (like major painting, carpet cleaning & high window washing).
I have pets, is that okay?
Absolutely, we, are very pet friendly and used to working around them. Please tell us your pet’s name(s) and a little about their temperament.
Do you provide dog services (i.e. walking)?
If we are already in your home helping you out, we’d be happy to take your pet out as well (or do a quick puppy “check in”). If you are looking for pet visits or dog walking only, this can equally be provided.
Do you supply the cleaning products?
All our products are eco-friendly cleaning products that work great and often better than branded cleaners. Moreover our products are safe for all. Should you prefer non green products...no problem as this is equally provided. All you need to do is provide the dirt. We do the rest.
Do I need to have a vacuum cleaner?
We do have our own vacuum, but if you prefer we use yours that is fine. Filters are changed with each visit.
Will I always get the same cleaner?
At this time yes, if you have a recurring scheduled visit, we will send the same helper so they get to know you and your home.
What do I need to do to prepare for my visit and what if I am not satisfied?
Absolutely nothing, you will be taken care of. Moreover, if you are not satisfied with the service(s) provided, we come back and take care of it right away at no extra cost to you. But I can almost positively assure you this will not happen.
